I am a 2X former co-founder and user researcher who revels in inspiring, evangelising and developing research across all levels. My breadth of experience spans B2B and B2C challenges in executive leadership (CPO/CXO) at startups to an individual contributor in industries (e.g. healthcare, fintech, education, wellness, e-commerce and Smart Homes). I am a thought leader in the UXR community, having given numerous talks on research operations, methods and practices. My passions include mentorship in the development of 10+ UX researchers, some of whom are now at TD, RBC, RBC Ventures, Deloitte, Questrade, CBC and Ecobee.
